I am a student, my duty is to learn my notes given to me and excel in my education, but am I really doing what am supposed to do? Well, I am trying but maybe, my efforts aren’t enough. My parents are looking up to me, the society is awaiting my services.
I got to fight, I got to learn harder, I got to stay on top of my game. But the question is, am I truly going to learn for my parents? For the society? No I don’t think so.I got to learn for myself so I can have a better job in the future and have a better life, Doing so, I am helping my society. Society needs me, my parents want to see me succeed, and I have to honor their efforts trying to give me a better education, I don’t have to mess up the classroom, my teacher plays a great role in life.
There was a time I was so stupid, my teacher kept on advising, she advised me until she sees change in my behavior, I don’t like school, when my mama wakes me up, I tell her, today no school because I am not feeling so well, and will become so worried, sometimes, she stays home just to take care of me, deep down within me, I know I am perfectly fine. Even if I go to the school, I don’t take lessons serious because what the teacher is saying doesn’t concern me.
But with the help of my teacher and my parents, today I am a better person, Thank you mama, Thank you teacher.The amazing part is that, am now grown and I am working, I don’t give my monthly salary to my teacher or my parents to give me my share. So my dear friends, you get to work today for your future, for your current efforts will set you free tomorrow, be a good student, learn harder and live a better life tomorrow. My problem these days is boys, who will take care of themselves tomorrow and take care of somebody as well but decide to follow the crowd? Girls on the other hand are going to be helped.
So dear friends, just keep improving yourself until you become a better person, until you become who you want to become.
